What exactly is aromatherapy and why should these aromatherapy bath oil recipes be of any interest to you?

What is frankincense

It is an aromatic gum resin obtained from trees called Boswellia located in Asia and Africa. The English word is derived from old French "franc encens", Franc meaning free or pure and encens meaning incense.

Traditional medicine has used it for hundreds of years for treating arthritis, healing wounds, strengthening the female hormone system and purifying the air.

Simplicity makes it easy to make and share

These aromatherapy bath oil recipes are simple to make and easy to use. Most ingredients are available from local health shops. Occasionally, you may have to buy some ingredients on the internet.

If the ingredients are not available in your country, always check your local laws to make sure that you can import cosmetics into your country - some countries restrict the import of cosmetic ingredients.
